Grading Submissions Processor – Overtime Cards

Employment: Part-time (20 hours)

Position Overview:

As a Grading Submission Processor at Overtime Cards, you will play a crucial role in processing PSA submissions and delivering top-tier customer service, and assisting with administration support.  You will be the face of our PSA Dealer Program to customers, responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and receiving PSA submissions, packing and shipping orders, communicating to customers and assisting the leadership team with administration support. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Key content expert on the PSA Deal Program and PSA submission requirements

• Accepting and entering PSA submissions by adhering to established processes and PSA guidelines

• Ability to identify current phase submissions are in and document the submissions appropriately

• Conduct research when needed on items and communicate with customers on potential additional services required

• Package and ship outgoing submissions and put incoming submissions into storage locations and systemically document

• Communicate effectively to customers on inquiries, submission service levels, and notifications for pick-up

• Perform submission audits and ensure submissions are in the correct locations physically and systematically

• Provide administration support such as but not limited to customer out reach and follow-up, organizing inventory, restock shelves, inventory data entry, and online ordering shipping

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of card grading with specialized or detailed understanding of card brands card types, professional sports teams, players, entertainment, pop culture, trading card games and historical figures a plus

• Previous experience in customer service

• Data entry

• Ability to follow and execute process systems

• Ability to work under strict deadlines

• Organizational skill and attention to detail are essential

• Strong time management skills required

• Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and adaptability

• Common computer software: Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Internet
